Deliveries during Covid-19
We are committed to providing safe deliveries. If you would prefer to not sign for your delivery, then please email email@example.com, and we can arrange this. If you need further specific assistance with your delivery we can also arrange this so please do feel free to ask.
Is there just a one off delivery charge?
Our delivery charge is one off as long as all products are dispatched on the same day.
How long will my order take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay online using Paypal/Credit Card or you can phone us on +44 (0)1347 238 187 to place an order over the phone vie Bacs transfer.
We will accept refunds on any goods that are faulty or if we have sent you a different product to the one you ordered. Please contact +44 (0)1347 238 187 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange your return to be collected and a replacement lamp will be sent.
Any returns should be arranged with 14 days of receipt of goods.
